Meeting Room Reservations

We have two meeting rooms you may reserve. The Community Room and the History Room, follow the links for details about both.

Room Reservation Application

This application will stay on file for one year. During that time, you may reserve a room via phone or email without needing to resubmit this form. Each group or individual will need a completed form on file.

The person who signs this form shall be responsible for any costs resulting from the specified use. Groups accept responsibility for the repair or replacement of damaged facilities or missing equipment. The Library is not responsible for accidents, injury, loss, or damage to the private property of individuals of organizations. The Library reserves the right to assess a cleaning or labor charge if necessary, with a $25 minimum and/or loss of deposit where applicable.
