Mission Statement

The Maquoketa Public Library serves the educational, cultural, and recreational needs of the community by providing:

• books and other materials for loan and in-house use
• information and reader's advisory services in person, via email, or by telephone
• in-house use of computers, including Internet access
• online reference databases for in-house and remote use
• Internet access to the automated catalog
• scheduled programs for children and adults
• an accessible meeting room for public use.
