The Tiny Art Show brought us some beautiful paintings! Over 50 people brought in their 3"x3" canvases. We'll be drawing winners of the $10 Chamber Bucks gift certificates next week. We are hoping to display these works of art over at the Maquoketa Art Experience and will be returning paintings to all of those who want them back.
Our visit from Heather Gudenkauf at the Maquoketa Caves State Park was a big hit! We had about 70 attendees and a few even took a guided tour of Dancehall Cave afterward. If you haven't read This is How I Lied, set in a fictionalized version of Maquoketa, stop by and check it out!
